Following the format of previous Kloster Seeon meetings, the meeting will be limited to 115 participants by invitation only.
APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 30, 2012
Participation in the meeting is by invitation only on the basis of a submitted abstract or an "Expression of interest". The abstract submission and application deadline is June 30, 2012. Selection of participants will start on April 1. From there on, admission is granted in several slots with increasing competitiveness. Thus, an early application is strongly advised.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is 580 € for all participants from non-profit organizations. Members of the 'Verein für Wissenschaftliche Tagungen in der Biomedizin' (VWFB e.V.) will receive a 50 € discount.

The registration fee will cover registration, accommodation, and meals for participants.

The organizers have implemented a sponsoring scheme for corporate sponsors. Individuals from industry who wish to attend the Meeting are requested to contact the Organizers of the meeting for further information regarding admission to the Meeting.

 

A limited number of accompanying persons can be admitted upon request. Please inquire early.

Cancellation

All but € 80 of the registration fee will be returned if a completed registration is cancelled 6 weeks prior to the conference. Later cancellations may result in lower or no refunding, depending on whether or not the slot can be filled with a scientist on the waiting list.
